Multiple Member Registration (for schools registering and paying for several coaches)
School Personnel, please download the Excel Spread sheet below (green arrow) and fill out the form with your school memberships. Instructions for submitting are on the bottom of the excel sheet. If you have trouble downloading it, email Marian and she will send email it to you (donomca@3rivers.net).

To make online payment, fill out payer info, enter total amount due and submit. This will allow you to make your PayPal payment. Once in PayPal there is an option to pay with a credit or debit card.
MCA membership and Clinic Registration is closed in preparation for the Clinic. Membership online will reopen on July 31st. You may still register at the Clinic. Cost will be $130 and must be paid with cash, check, or credit card (NO PO)
