School Personnel, please download the Excel Spread sheet below (green arrow) and fill out the form with your school memberships. Instructions for submitting are on the bottom of the excel sheet. To make online payment, fill out payer info, enter total amount due and submit. This will allow you to make your PayPal payment. Once in PayPal there is an option to pay with a credit or debit card.
