2017 Multi-Sports Clinic

Exhibit Details:

  • 10 x 10 single space – $200, each additional space – $150
  • One table, chairs and electricity included (may rent additional items from K&J Convention Decorators)
  • Set-up: 1-7pm on Tuesday, August 1st. (Enter through N. Fieldhouse door)  For late arrivals contact Kathleen 406-858-7311
  • Take-down: Thursday 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. (to stay into Friday, special arrangements must be made with Kathleen). Vendors are asked to stay until at least 1:30 on Thursday


Exhibit Location: Great Falls High Fieldhouse

Display items may be shipped to GFHS (address above) and marked “Exhibit Material for MCA Clinic”

Hospitality Area: Free continental breakfast is provided each morning as well as snacks and beverages all day. Coaches go through the exhibit area to reach hospitality tables. MCA provides vendors 2 complimentary lunches per booth space on Wednesday, complimentary Steak fry tickets for Wednesday evening and  Lunch is also provided in the cafeteria on Thursday after the Awards Ceremony.

Clinic Sessions:

  • Wednesday & Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Friday, 8:00 to Noon

50 minute clinic sessions include football, basketball, track & field, wrestling, volleyball, cross country, strength & conditioning, softball, golf, tennis, cheerleading, sports medicine and athletic directors.

  • One hour, for each sport, is designated for coaches to “visit exhibits”.
  • Special drawings will take place on Thursday @ 8:00 am & 1:30 pm in the Exhibit area (designed to improve vendor traffic through 1:30 on Thursday)
  • Vendor initialed cards will be used for the drawings.
